Citation, commencement, extent, application and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) (Amendment) (No. 17) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

These Regulations come into force at 03.59 a.m. on 1st November 2021.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and apply in relation to England only.

In these Regulations, “the No. 17 Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) (Amendment) (No. 17) Regulations 20212.
