Explanatory note

Transitional provision and saving17.

(1)

In relation to any person who arrived in England on or after 4.00 a.m. on 17th May 2021 but before 4.00 a.m. on 1st November 2021, the International Travel Regulations apply as if the amendments made by regulations 3 to 15 and 16(1) and (2) of these Regulations had not been made.

In relation to any person who arrived in England on or after 4.00 a.m. on 17th May 2021 but before 22nd November 2021, the International Travel Regulations apply as if the amendments made by regulation 16(3) of these Regulations had not been made.
