Citation, commencement, extent, application and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) (Amendment) (No. 17) Regulations 2021.

Save as provided in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 1st November 2021.

Regulation 16(3) comes into force on 4.00 a.m. on 22nd November 2021.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and apply in relation to England only.
