(1)
In the heading to regulation 21, after “restricted goods”, insert “and tobacco industry goods”.
(2)
In regulation 21, for paragraph (1) substitute—
“(1)
The export of the following goods to or for use in Belarus is prohibited—
(a)
restricted goods;
(b)
tobacco industry goods.”
