The Secretary of State must review the effectiveness of the amendments made by these Regulations during the period for which they have effect.

These Regulations expire F1at the end of 30th September 2021.

This regulation does not affect the validity of anything done pursuant to the amendments made by these Regulations before they cease to have effect.
