The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 20202 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(2)(b), omit “or outdoor”.
(3)
In Schedule 2 (businesses subject to closure), for paragraph 12 substitute—

Indoor swimming pools, including indoor facilities at water parks.”.
