Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for Passengers Travelling to England) Regulations 202010.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for Passengers Travelling to England) Regulations 2020 M1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

For regulation 9, substitute—

“Review of need for requirements9.

The Secretary of State must review the need for the information requirement by 27th July 2020 and at least once every 28 days thereafter.”.
