Amendments to Part 3, Class O15.

In Class O of Part 3 of Schedule 2 in paragraph O.2—

(a)

at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(c) omit “and”;

(b)

at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(d) insert “, and”;

(c)

after sub-paragraph (1)(d) insert—

“(e)

the provision of adequate natural light in all habitable rooms of the dwellinghouses.”.
