PART 1Introduction

Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development and Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.

Subject to paragraph 3 these Regulations come into force on 1st August 2020.

(3)

Regulations 20 and 21 come into force on 25th June 2020.

In these Regulations “the 2015 Order” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 20152.
