Citation, commencement and application1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure, Listed Buildings and Environmental Impact Assessment) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 14th May 2020.
