The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure, Listed Buildings and Environmental Impact Assessment) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
The Secretary of State has been designated M1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M2 in relation to the environment.
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that Act, sections 59, 69, 71, 71A(1) and (2), 74 and 333(1) and (2A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 M3 and sections 10(3) and 93 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 M4.
