Amendment of the Children Act 1989 Representations Procedure (England) Regulations 20066.

The Children Act 1989 Representations Procedure (England) Regulations 2006 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 18(2) (request for review panel), after “authority’s response” insert “
, or as soon as is reasonably practicable,
”.

In regulation 19(4) (review panel), after “regulation 18” insert “

”.
