Amendment of the Northamptonshire (Structural Changes) Order 202013.

In article 17 (other functions of the shadow authorities) at the end insert—

“(3)

The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 202012 apply in relation to each shadow authority as if that authority were a district council and its executive were the executive of a district council.”.
