Amendment to the Police and Crime Panels (Application of Local Authority Enactments) Regulations 201218.

Schedule 1 to the Police and Crime Panels (Application of Local Authority Enactments) Regulations 2012 M1 is amended as set out in the following paragraphs.

In Part 1, after paragraph 8 insert—

“8A.

Regulation 15 of the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020.”.

In Part 2, after paragraph 23 insert—

“23A.
