Amendment of regulation 23512.
In regulation 235 (exemption for sale, supply or administration by certain persons), after paragraph (7) insert—
“(8)
The following entries in Schedule 17 cease to have effect on 1st April 2022—
(a)
in Part 2, item 6a in the table;
(b)
in Part 3, item 5a in the table; and
(c)
in Part 5, item 10a in the table.”.
