PART 2Tier 2 restrictions

Tier 2 restrictions apply in relation to the Tier 2 area in accordance with Schedule 1.

In these Regulations—

references to “Tier 2 restrictions” are references to the restrictions and requirements set out in Schedule 1;

references to the “Tier 2 area” are references to the area for the time being specified or described in Schedule 2.
