The principal Regulations are amended as follows.
(2)
In Part 1 of Schedule A1 (exempt countries and territories)—
(a)
omit the entries for “Guadeloupe” and “Slovenia”;
(b)
insert entries for “Singapore” and “Thailand” at the appropriate place.
