(1)
The PSFA is to consist of—
(a)
a chair, who is to be a non-executive member,
(b)
at least 3, but not more than 6, other non-executive members,
(c)
a chief executive, and
(d)
at least 2, but not more than 5, other executive members.
(2)
The members are to be appointed in accordance with paragraphs 7 to 10.
