How the market value is determined

(1)
The market value of the relevant freehold or notional lease is to be determined in accordance with Part 3.
(2)
If the market value of different parts of the relevant freehold or notional lease are determined (in accordance with Part 3) in different ways, the market value is the total of the amounts determined in those ways.
(3)
Part 4 sets out—
(a)
assumptions that must be made in determining the market value of the relevant freehold or notional lease, and
(b)
certain matters that must, or must not, be taken into consideration in determining the market value.
