7Power to amend public service remit for television in the United Kingdom

In section 271 of the Communications Act 2003 (power to amend the public service remits), in subsection (1)—

(a)

for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

the public service remit for television in the United Kingdom (see section 264(4) to (8C)).”;

(b)

omit paragraph (c).
