128OFCOMâs annual report
(1)
OFCOM must produce and publish an annual report aboutâ
(a)
the exercise of their functions under this Chapter, and
(2)
OFCOM must send a copy of the report to the Secretary of State, and the Secretary of State must lay it before Parliament.
