Reviews of deaths and other harmful conduct
10Requests for reviews of other harmful conduct forming part of the Troubles
(1)
A person may request a review of other harmful conduct forming part of the Troubles if that conduct caused that person to suffer serious physical or mental harm.
(2)
The Secretary of State may request a review of other harmful conduct forming part of the Troubles (whether or not it caused any person to suffer serious physical or mental harm).
(3)
A request under this section may not be made after the end of the fifth year of the period of operation of the ICRIR.
