The Commissioner for Investigations is not to be regarded as in police service for the purposes of—
(a)
Article 145 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/1980 (N.I. 12));
(b)
Article 243 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/1919 (N.I. 16));
(c)
section 280 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992; or
(d)
section 200 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
