Section 5 of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 (travelling and subsistence allowances and other financial provisions) is amended as follows.

(2)

In the heading, omit “travelling and subsistence”.

(3)

In subsection (1), for “travelling and subsistence allowances at such rates” substitute “such allowances”.
