(1)
ARIA may do anything which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of, or in connection with, the exercise of its functions.
(2)
In particular, ARIA may—
(a)
borrow money,
(b)
acquire and dispose of land,
(c)
accept gifts,
(d)
form and participate in partnerships and joint ventures, and
(e)
form companies.
