47The City of London Magistrates’ Court: removal of duty to provide premises
(1)
Omit paragraph 16 of Schedule 2 to the Courts Act 2003 (power to impose an obligation to provide premises for the City of London Magistrates’ Court).
(2)
In consequence of the repeal made by subsection (1), omit paragraph 35 of Schedule 14 to the Access to Justice Act 1999 (continuing provision of court-houses, accommodation etc).
