In section 32 (restriction of publicity in disability cases)—
(a)
in subsection (2), for “Appeal Tribunal procedure rules” substitute “Procedure Rules”
;
(b)
in subsection (7)(b)(i), for “rules made by virtue of this section” substitute “Procedure Rules of the kind mentioned in subsection (2)(a)”
;
(c)
in subsection (8), in the definition of “promulgation”, for “rules made by virtue” substitute “Procedure Rules made for the purposes”
