(1)
Section 13A (payments in respect of preparation time) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “Employment tribunal procedure regulations” substitute “Procedure Rules”
.
(3)
In subsection (2)—
(a)
for “Regulations under subsection (1) may” substitute “Procedure Rules may, in particular,”
;
(b)
for “under such regulations” substitute “as described in subsection (1)”
.

In subsection (2A)—
