Enforcement orders: modification and revocation

(1)
The CAA may modify or revoke an enforcement order by giving a notice to the person to whom the order was given.
(2)
The notice under sub-paragraph (1) must give the CAA’s reasons for the modification or revocation.
(3)
As soon as practicable after giving a notice under sub-paragraph (1), the CAA must publish the notice.
