In section 1D (deferment of sentence: supplementary), at the end insert—

“(7)

Where a magistrates’ court has deferred passing sentence on an offender under section 1, any reference in sections 1 to 1C or this section to the court which deferred passing sentence on the offender includes a reference to any magistrates’ court acting in the same local justice area.”
