In section 96 (detention in a young offender institution for other cases where offender at least 18 but under 21), in paragraph (b), for the words after “opinion” substitute “mentioned in subsection (2) of section 152 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 or the case falls within subsection (3) of that section”.
