in the opening words, for “the offender” substitute “the offence”;
(b)
in paragraph (a), for “him” substitute “the offender”;
(c)
in paragraph (b), for “him” substitute “the offence”.
(4)
In subsection (4B), for “under” substitute “as mentioned in”.
(5)
In subsection (5), omit “an officer of a local probation board,”.
