Section 15 (discharge: supplementary) is amended as follows.

After subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)

Provision that may be made by an order under subsection (1) includes provision that has effect in relation to an offence (whenever committed) of which a person is convicted after the order comes into force.”

(3)

In subsection (2)(b), omit “the criminal division of”.
