Compensation orders
133Compensation order
In this Code “compensation order” means an order under this Chapter made in respect of an offender for an offence that requires the offender—
(a)
to pay compensation for any personal injury, loss or damage resulting from—
(i)
the offence, or
(ii)
any other offence which is taken into consideration by the court in determining the sentence for the offence, or
(b)
to make payments for—
(i)
funeral expenses, or
(ii)
bereavement,
in respect of a death resulting from any such offence.
