Section 58 of that Act is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), after “a court” insert “in Northern Ireland”;

(b)

omit paragraph (b) and the preceding “or”.

(3)

In subsection (2), in paragraphs (a) and (b), after “a court” insert “in Northern Ireland”.

(4)

In subsection (9) omit paragraph (b).
