Section 35 of that Act is amended as follows.
In subsection (2A), in paragraph (c) insert at the end “or section 166 of the Sentencing Code”.
In subsection (5), after “or section 147 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “or section 164 of the Sentencing Code”.
