Subsections (1) and (3) of section 245C of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (provision of remote monitoring) have effect as if they included a reference to the electronic monitoring of the community requirements of a suspended sentence order made or amended in accordance with paragraph 1 or 2 of this Schedule.
