The Secretary of State must consult the Welsh Ministers about the strategic priorities of the Secretary of State in exercising functions under subsection (1) in relation to activities of Her Majesty’s Coastguard in Wales.

In subsection (5) ““Wales”” has the same meaning as in the Government of Wales Act 2006.”
