(1)

In section 48 of the Government Annuities Act 1929 after subsection (2) insert—

“(2A)

For the purposes of this section, England and Wales is to be treated as the district of the county court in England and Wales.”

(2)

In section 61(1) of that Act after “a county court” insert “in Northern Ireland or the county court in England and Wales”.
