In section 82(4) of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 after “brought” insert “in England and Wales in the county court or, in Northern Ireland,”.

(2)

In section 119(1) of that Act in the definition of “the court” for “Wales or” substitute “Wales, the county court;

(aa)

in the case of a body whose registered office is situated in”.
