Section 12 (records of proceedings) is amended as follows.

The Lord Chancellor may by regulations made by statutory instrument provide for the keeping of records of and in relation to proceedings of the county court.”
(3)
In subsection (2) (certified copies of entries) for “the district judge” substitute “

”

In the title omit the words after “kept”.
