In section 3 of the Protection of Harassment Act 1997 (civil remedy)—

(a)

for “a county”, in each place, substitute “
the county
”,

(b)

in subsection (4)(b) for “or district judge of that or any other county” substitute “
of that
”, and

(c)

in subsection (5) omit “or district judge” in both places.
