Section 1 (allocation of business between the High Court and county courts) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a) for “county courts have” substitute “the county court has”.

(3)

In subsection (1)(e) and (g) for “a” substitute “the”.

Omit subsections (4) to (6) (jurisdiction of particular county courts).
