In section 73 of the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963—
(a)
in subsections (1) and (2) for “county court within whose jurisdiction the premises are situate” substitute “court”, and
(b)
for subsection (3) substitute—
“(3)
In subsections (1) and (2) “the court”, in relation to any premises, means—
(a)
the county court if the premises are in England and Wales, or
(b)
if the premises are in Scotland, the sheriff within whose jurisdiction the premises are situate.”
