In section 2(2) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1970 (section 17 of the Married Women’s Property Act 1882 and section 7 of the Matrimonial Causes (Property and Maintenance) Act 1958 apply to certain disputes between parties to a broken engagement) for “a county court” substitute “
the family court
”.
