(1)
Section 7 of the Matrimonial Causes (Property and Maintenance) Act 1958 (which extends section 17 of the Married Women’s Property Act 1882 to certain disputes relating to property in which a wife claims a beneficial interest) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) (which refers to any right of a wife under section 17 of the 1882 Act to apply to a judge of the High Court or of a county court) for “a county court” substitute “
