In section 34 (protection of children in an emergency)—

(a)

in subsection (1) (application to justice of the peace for emergency order) for “a justice of the peace” substitute “
the family court
”, and

(b)

In subsection (2) (grounds for granting application for emergency order) for “the justice”, in both places, substitute “
the court
”.
