Maintenance Orders Act 1958 (c. 39)

In section 2A (interest on registered orders)—

(a)

omit subsections (1) to (4) (magistrates’ court orders),

(b)

in subsection (5) (registered orders do not carry interest) omit “Except as provided by this section”, and

(c)

for the title substitute “
No interest on sums recoverable under registered orders
”.
