In section 11 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 (restriction on powers of committal under section 5 of the Debtors Act 1869)—
(a)
omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (a),
(b)
in paragraph (b) for the words from “in respect” to “judgment” substitute “
