In exercising any function F2… of publishing or otherwise disseminating information F3obtained in connection with the exercise of its relevant data functions, NHS England must have regard to any advice given to it by the committee appointed by the Health Research Authority under paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 7 to the Care Act 2014 (committee to advise in connection with information dissemination etc).
